Having spent many years in the research business the team here at CustomerCSI.com have come across some of the craziest things, so we thought we would share them with you. Sometimes it’s a client with a ‘brilliant’ idea that we have to tactfully convince otherwise, or maybe just something we found that obviously slipped through someone else’s net.
What is really scary is that important business decisions are probably being made based on the outcomes of flawed research, and this is becoming more prevalent with the availability of free online survey tools. The purpose of the Research Wall of Shame is to both educate and entertain- take a look through these examples, have a good laugh, but please don’t make these mistakes yourself.
